By accessing and using the Rimolexicon platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Description of Service
Rimolexicon provides an online platform for webinars and educational content focused on visual communication design. Our services include live broadcasts, recorded sessions, interactive tools, and educational materials accessible through rimolexicon.com.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
User Conduct
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Rimolexicon, our employees, other users, or any other person or entity
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or any systems or networks connected to it
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the platform without our express written permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the platform
- Use the platform to transmit any unsolicited advertising or promotional materials
Intellectual Property Rights
The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, presentation, selection, and arrangement, are owned by Rimolexicon, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the platform according to these terms.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you post and that such content does not violate these terms or any applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate for any reason.
Payment and Refunds
Certain features of the platform may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the platform at the time of purchase.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and maintaining valid payment methods on file.

Webinar Participation
When participating in live webinars, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session and suspension of your account.
Recording of webinars by participants is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by Rimolexicon. All recordings remain the property of Rimolexicon and its instructors.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to live sessions and are not liable for technical issues that may prevent your participation.
Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content.
Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our educational services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rimolexicon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rimolexicon, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms or your use of the platform.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Geographic Restrictions
While Rimolexicon is accessible worldwide, we make no claims that the platform or its content is accessible, appropriate, or legal for use in all locations. Access to the platform may not be legal for certain persons or in certain countries.
If you access the platform from outside Ukraine, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rimolexicon concerning the platform.
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver and Severability
No waiver by Rimolexicon of any term or condition set forth in these terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
Any failure by Rimolexicon to assert a right or provision under these terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
